Aithne — Age Verification Service

Prove you're 18+ without revealing who you are.

Aithne proves age with an attestation from your wallet — no name, no email, no phone, no account. Your identity never leaves the wallet.

How it works

Age checks in three calm steps

01

Install the Aithne Wallet

Your identity lives in your wallet — a Public Identity Credential (PIC) issued once, held by you.

02

Approve the age claim

A site asks for "18+". You approve releasing just that claim — the only thing a site ever sees.

03

Done — no identity shared

You're verified. The site still doesn't know your name, and nothing was collected or stored.

For merchants

Add a privacy-first age gate in an afternoon

Drop in @aithne/ppil-client, configure your AVP endpoint, and let users verify from their wallet — you never see their identity.
