What it does
- Age-verification middleware that 302s unverified HTML users to the wallet dialog and returns
403 {code}for API callers. - Merchant hooks (
authenticatePIC,getSignedPIC, session + correlation) enforced at registration. - CTS callback route wiring with idempotent correlation handling.
- Config loaded from a JSON file or via dependency injection;
maskSensitive()on every diagnostic path. - Verified by an 18-case contract test suite (external stub server, no real data).
